Flat Rate Parcel Post 

A flat rate of $15.00 per pair of shoes will be charged to you at checkout, and items will be shipped by Parcel Post, with a tracking number provided.

Delivery times

To calculate when to expect your parcel, please use your tracking number provided in conjunction with the Postage Estimator online via Australia Post.

Disclaimer: Once your parcel has been receipted into Australia Post's possession, it is no longer the responsibility of Zara’s Shoes & Accessories. Shipping disputes must be raised with Australia Post directly for compensation or replacement should the item become lost or damaged.

Free Shipping over $200 spend

Orders over $200 will receive complimentary shipping, in an Australia Post Parcel Post satchel with tracking.

Return Shipping

We understand that purchasing shoes online can be tricky in obtaining the correct fit, so as a measure of goodwill, we will pay the postage fees incurred upon sending out your replacement pair, for the first instance only. Postage fees of your returned pair are at your own expense. To return your item, email [email protected] within seven days of purchase. Returns are to be sent to:
